The Volt-Master is designed the right way. The best it can possibly be made to do it’s intended job!  Our electronics make extensive use of Surface Mount Technology to maximize ruggedness and efficiency. The entire unit is filled with electronic grade silicone encapsulant for the ultimate in protection.

             Installation is simple. Just connect the Volt-Master in series with the power lead(s) of your device. This is typically a heavy gauge red wire. The fused orange wire goes to the battery side, and the red 16 volt wire goes to your device. Some ignition systems have a second 12 volt connection to an ignition switch through a much smaller wire. This connection generally does not need to be changed at all from it’s present state. Mounting of the unit is only limited by keeping it away from high heat areas (exhaust). 12 volts in on the orange wire, 16 volts out on the red wire. It’s that simple to start enjoying all the benefits of a regulated 16 volt system!
